FACEBOOK ESPIONAGE – One of the many wonders of Facebook is the ability to bring those furthest from us closer to us. Unguarded, however, it too often drives those who are closest to us further from us–namely our kids. Like fire or water, Facebook can be a tool for good or a tool for destruction.
Our kids need help in discerning where this line of demarcation actually is; because, left unchecked, a myriad of tragic scenarios are possible. One way to protect our kids is to have unbridled access to their Facebook accounts. Oh-yeah, kids and even some adults, will accuse you of snooping, sneaking, spying, and even voyerism. But what you’ll actually be doing is loving them enough not to care what they think of you.
