Parents all want the best for their children.
But at what expense?
Entitlement Cure
When it comes to material things, do you provide your kids with the best of everything? I have no problem with someone desiring the best of everything (even material things). It can be a virtue.
The problem I do have is when the best of everything is given to children who do little or nothing to help acquire the best. When we consistently give our kids the best of everything materially without them having any skin in the game, what incentive does that give them?
How is that helping them grow into appreciative and independent adults? Wise parents see the endgame when raising their kids. They see a God-fearing responsible adult in progress.
