Our Kids

When you hear someone refer to your kids what actually goes through your mind? Do you actually think of them as your kids? If so, why do we allow media personalities, school authorities, political correctness, and the government to have so much sway over how we raise them? For that matter, why would you listen to anything I have to say about raising your kids?

The truth of the matter is that too few of us really feel comfortable or confident about how to raise our own kids. Here is another truth: they are not our kids. They belong to God and we are the parenting vehicles through which these precious little ones come into the world and are raised. That alone is inspiring to make us all better parents.
