I know I often talk about the psychological, emotional, relational, and spiritual dangers that smartphones bring to the table with respect to parenting our kids. But there’s more.

The latest research now shows links to depression and ADD with excessive smartphone use. But for the moment forget all the lies, addictive sex, and violence that our kids are regularly exposed to on these things.

The electromagnetic fields alone that radiate from these devices are now being linked to mood and behavioral disorders. It’s not just impacting our kids, but adults too.

But there’s even more still! Fatigue and brain fog are yet two more liabilities associated with smartphones. It’s time we Christian parents get ahead of the curve on all of this.
