Why Parents Should Know that Cartoons on Netflix Are Not Always Family Friendly [One Minute Feature]

While people normally associate cartoons with family-friendly programming, season after season of vulgar shows like South Park and Family Guy have shown us that not all cartoons are for kids anymore.

Why Parents Should Know that Cartoons on Netflix Are Not Always Family Friendly [One Minute Feature]

Parents must be especially careful in keeping their kids away from inappropriate cartoons on Netflix. While this streaming service offers children’s programming, it also features cartoons that should be nowhere near our kids.

Why Certain Cartoons on Netflix Should Be Avoided

Much of today’s entertainment is now coming through streaming services and is not rated like in movie theaters and on regular TV. So I thought I would warn you about an incredibly despicable cartoon that is provided through Netflix and features a young boy being tutored by a demon to pursue sexual gratification. This cartoon is called Big Mouth.

It’s the lowest of the low, and Netflix needs to know about it. I’m urging all our listeners to contact Netflix and make them aware of the fact that by providing this kind of trash—especially in cartoon form and under the ratings radar—they are violating their own family-friendly mission statement. This kind of hypocrisy should not be tolerated by any sane Christian parent.
