About Trace Embry
Trace Embry is a child behavior expert with over 20 years experience working with families of troubled teens. He is the founder and Executive Director of Shepherds Hill Academy – a Christ-centered accredited Senior and Middle School with a licensed outdoor therapeutic wilderness-style program for troubled teenagers, located just north east of Atlanta, GA.
Trace also has a background in Law Enforcement, Entrepreneurship, and Christian Education. He is a conference speaker, blogger, author and parenting expert. Trace hosts the nationally syndicated radio program, License to Parent – a program specifically focused on equipping parents with biblical tools and insights for today’s culture. Trace has been married to his wife, Beth, since 1980. They have three sons, two daughters, four grandkids.
