Who Is Raising Your Kids?

When someone talks about “your kids” what goes through your mind? Do you really think of them as your children?

If so, why do we allow TV personalities, public school authorities, political correctness, and the government to have so much sway over how we raise them? Why would listen to anything I have to say about raising your kids, for that matter?

The truth is that too few of us parents really feel comfortable, competent, or confident about how we raise our own kids. But here’s another truth. They aren’t actually our kids. They belong to God. We are chosen as their parenting vehicles through which these precious little ones come into the world and are raised. And that alone ought to make all of us better parents.
