Wisdom

WISDOM – Because of the internet, this generation is arguably the most knowledgable generation in all of history.  They’re certainly as intelligent as any generation.  But, having a library of information in their hip pocket doesn’t mean they have the wisdom to use that knowledge wisely.  It’s easy to blur the lines between knowledge, intelligence, and wisdom.  

Knowledge is the content of the brain’s library.  Intelligence is the brain’s ability to file, retrieve, and process that knowledge.  But wisdom is what we do with it all.  Without wisdom, knowledge and intelligence are actually dangerous.  The Bible imparts wisdom, which takes the knowledge and intelligence our kids already have and makes them lights to an educated, but dark, world.
