We have to be intentional to not let ourselves get swept up in chaos. We need to learn to pick the battles that are most important and deserving of our time.

What’s Important

All this busyness & rushing around is causing an American nightmare.  Self-centeredness and narcissism are fueled with postmodern indoctrination through digital technology, causing us to think about only “me.”  Is there even time to think about the things that promise us everything- like eternal life.

False promises can occur by our carnal pursuits.  We’ve become a society that works to climb the corporate later to keep up with the Joneses.  Once we’ve fed our carnal appetites, it is painful to just let it all go.  Don’t forget our kids are watching and learning from our actions.  Let’s make sure we show them what is really important, like a relationship with Jesus.
