Ways to Help Our Kids Walk in the Lord’s Truth

The apostle John was right when he said there’s no greater joy than knowing his kids were walking in the truth. One way of helping our kids understand the benefits of walking in God’s truth is reading the Proverbs with them regularly. Another way is to help your kids understand the history of our nation’s prosperity when we, generally speaking, feared, respected, and obeyed God.

Proverbs 14:34 says that “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” So, also discuss the Old Testament’s history of Israel, and how God blessed them when they walked with and revered God, and He cursed them when they didn’t.
