According to Proverbs 29:18, “Where there is no revelation or vision the people cast off restraint.” This is a general principle that applies to everyone, including our kids. Without a regular prophetic word- prophetic meaning something revealed by God, humans tend to stray from the will of God. Where do we find something revealed by God? In the Bible!

Regular scripture reading with our kids will help keep God’s will and way at the forefront of your minds. Without God’s revelation at the forefront, there is a greater chance that your family will cast off restraint also. Including your kids.
