AUDIO DEVOTIONS – Today’s hustle bustle world leaves little to no energy for so many of today’s parents to be creative in aggressively promoting devotions and imparting a biblical worldview to their children. But, in God’s eyes, this is still no excuse to evade the teachings of God and His Word. In the words of Jesus, “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul.”
Maybe we just need to get more creative. What if we took the Bible on CD and played it in the car when we took the kids to school; on vacation; the dentist; or, soccer practice? This certainly isn’t a substitute for on your knees, or on your face time, with the living God; but, it just may impart enough of His Word and worldview into you and your family to help all of you find the time to pursue Him more intimately and the strength to fend-off the world’s sinful temptations.
