Feelings can lead to false views of God

We live in a time when our feelings are considered to be the final arbiters of truth, and anything that causes discomfort isn’t received well. Kids are growing up hearing that God never gets angry. Scripture says otherwise.

There’s nothing ‘evil’ about a God who can be angry. Psalms 7:11 is just one of many verses that speaks to this truth. It says that God is a righteous judge – a God who expresses his wrath everyday. We do ourselves a disservice when we fail to acknowledge this attribute of God.
