Prioritizing God Before Children

Yes, we love our children. However, putting anything ahead of God is an act of idolatry. We all know what idolatry means and how easy it is to become entangled in it!

Our children are absolutely a blessing from the Lord. But we must be cautious not to make the blessing more important than the blessing giver. Let’s keep the main thing the main thing. Enjoy and bask in the blessings of the Lord, and let’s remain accountable as we keep the Lord at the forefront of it all.
