    What should we do instead?

    Best vs. Truth

You have probably heard some wonderful and incredible people use this phrase, “we should always think the best of everyone.” As much as we would like to think the best of everyone- for the wise and informed parent that seemingly kind statement may be a bit naive. Especially if your teen’s history and contradictory evidence indicate otherwise.

If God puts a high premium on truth, would it not be prudent to think the truth about everyone? Especially our children? This enables us to, as Jesus said, make a right judgment. Until we know and accept the truth about our kids we will never be able to effectively assess them and pour into them the right amount of discipline or the right amount of grace.

You have helped changed so many lives, people will want to realize & learn about the work you are doing. It is so important." - Doris Newcomb, WFAX
“I am so thrilled to know that there are those out there who are standing on the authority of God’s Word in this age of compromise; teaching parents…to pass on that spiritual legacy to the next generation.” - Ken Ham,  CEO & Founder of Answers in Genesis
