“Just like a virus is contagious our emotions are contagious. God has literally created us with something called a mirror neuron. These mirror neurons just net into our neurology, into our brain, and how it functions, so that when we are in the presence of someone who is experiencing fear and anxiety, it triggers fear and anxiety in us.
I wish sometimes we could wear an emotional mask, but the antidote is hope and that is a gift from God. If we are giving hope, we are literally transforming our families and communities. It’s real and it’s powerful.”
